The American Association of Immunologists (AAI) is an association of professionally trained scientists from all over the world dedicated to advancing the knowledge of immunology and its related disciplines, fostering the interchange of ideas and information among investigators, and addressing the potential integration of immunologic principles into clinical practice.

This Privacy Policy describes the policy and practice for use of information collected online from the main AAI website, our AAI Membership Services Portal, and our annual meeting websites. This Privacy Policy governs our data collection, processing, and usage practices. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and editing of your personal information. When You Visit Our Websites

We use third-party services (data processors) to facilitate our Membership and Program Services. The extent to which your data are shared with these providers depends upon your use of our Membership and Program Services. We use Google Analytics for tracking visitors and aggregating navigation information from visitor traffic to our websites. If you are a user of Membership and Program Services, you can see the data we have about you when you are signed in to your AAI account.

You can also request “to be forgotten” and we will erase any personally identifiable information we have about you. Of course, this excludes data we need for administrative or security purposes, or if we are required by law to retain some of the data.
