Day of Immunology—April 29, 2023

The International Day of Immunology, observed annually on April 29, is dedicated to increasing global awareness of the importance of immunology in the fight against infection, autoimmunity, and cancer. The theme for 2023 is “Immunology Talks to Public Health.”

To celebrate, AAI has launched a week-long education campaign focused on busting common myths about the human immune system—using examples that affect everyone, such as allergy, flu, natural immunity, and supplements.
