Jenny P.-Y. Ting, Ph.D.
Brief Bio
Jenny P.-Y. Ting is the William R Kenan, Jr. Distinguish Professor in the Department of Genetics, professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, founding co-director of the Inflammatory Disease Institute, founding director of the Center for Translational Immunology, and Immunology Program Leader of the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Ting was president of the American Association of Immunologists from 2020 to 2021 and served as an AAI Council member from 2015 to 2022.
