Leadership Development & Nominations Committee (LDNC)

The Leadership Development & Nominations Committee* (LDNC) oversees the annual slating and elections process for AAI and is charged with developing a pipeline of leaders who represent the breadth of the AAI membership and the field of immunology. The LDNC provides suggestions to the AAI President-elect for consideration during annual committee appointments. Additionally, the LDNC may be called on by Council or the AAI President for suggested candidates for off-cycle appointments as needs arise.

* During the initial transition year of July 2026-June 2027, the Nominating Committee (elected under the previous bylaws in spring of 2026) will oversee the slating and elections. The inaugural LDNC will be elected in spring of 2027.
