The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology is a driving force in the study and treatment of allergic diseases through education, research and cooperation since 1943.

The American Association of Veterinary Immunologists (AAVI) was formed in 1979 by a group of veterinary immunologists assembled at the annual Conference of Research Workers in Animal Diseases (CRWAD). The AAVI holds an annual business and scientific meeting in conjunction with CRWAD in November of each year in Chicago, IL.

The American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology is an organization of allergists-immunologists and related health care professionals dedicated to quality patient care through research, advocacy and professional and public education.

The American Federation for Medical Research is an organization of more than 8,500 biomedical researchers dedicated to the betterment of health care. Members are located at medical centers in all 50 states and throughout the world.

The American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics is dedicated to optimizing patient outcome through research, education and the advancement of immunogenetic testing.

The American Society for Reproductive Immunology (ASRI) advances the study of the immunological aspects of the reproductive process.

The American Society for Microbiology is the oldest and largest single life science membership organization in the world. Membership has grown from 59 scientists in 1899 to over 40,000 members today located throughout the world. ASM represents 24 disciplines of microbiological specialization plus a division for microbiology educators.

The British Society for Immunology advances the science of Immunology through the publication of its journals, the organisation of scientific meetings and its work with schools and the general public. We represent Immunology globally, principally in the United Kingdom.

The Clinical Immunology Society (CIS), established in 1986, is devoted to fostering developments in the science and practice of clinical immunology.

The NIAID Introduction to Biomedical Research Program (IBRP) is designed to attract underrepresented minority students to the field of biomedical research. It is held annually in February at the Bethesda campus of the NIH. The program includes scientific lectures on the latest "state of the science" issues and one-on-one discussions with our research scientists.

The Office of Women's Health offers Quick Health Data Online (formerly the National Women's Health Indicators Database), a dynamic database of health statistics.  This free resource provides access to comparative, county-level health data for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories and possessions.  It includes comprehensive data for both women and men from 1998-2004 on a variety of health-related topics; users can create tables, graphs, and maps from the data provided.

The Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (IEDB) is an NIH-supported, freely available resource that provides access to published data related to antibody and T cell epitopes as well as online tools for prediction and further analysis of immune epitopes. The IEDB contains data for humans, non-human primates, rodents, and other animal species. The IEDB has curated infectious disease and allergen epitopes, and is now adding autoimmune epitopes.
