U Penn campus, courtesy of the University of Pennsylvania This intensive two-part course, taught by world-renowned immunologists, provides a comprehensive overview of the basics of immunology. This course is for students new to the discipline or those seeking more information to complement general biology or science training.

Part I (June 26 - 28) is a detailed introduction to the basic principles of immunology and is suitable for students with a general biology background.

Part II (June 29 – July 1) is a clinically-oriented lecture series.

Parts I and II may be taken independently at the discretion of the student.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a registrant must cancel, a notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the AAI Office to cmoore@aai.org by May 25, 2010. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation refunds will not be issued after May 25, 2010.

At the Course
  • Registration packet pickup for Part I will be Saturday morning, June 26, at 7:30 a.m. at the University of Pennsylvania, Biomedical Research Building II/III (BRBII/III) Auditorium on the Medical School Campus, 421 Curie Blvd.
     
  • Registration packet pickup for Part II will be held from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 28, at the University of Pennsylvania, Biomedical Research Building II/III (BRBII/III) Lobby on the Medical School Campus, 421 Curie Blvd. Part II begins on Tuesday morning, June 29 at the same location. Students taking both course parts do not need to register again on Monday afternoon.
