Alexander P. Lykov was born in 1961 Novosibirsk region, USSR. After finishing secondary shool he entered Novosibirsk State Medical Institute, Faculty of Pediatrics, and graduated it in 1986. Then entered in the field of Clinical Anatomy. Then he worked as a Pediatrician and Clinical Anatomy in Central Distric Hospital. The he took a postgraduated coutse at the ICI SB RAMS. He researching the immune stutus in person who abolished Chernobyl accedent consequences, a some mechanisms of NK blood cell activity depression, a some mechanisms of T-suppressor cell activity, a morphology of LGL in this patients, cytokine production by peripheral mononuclear cells (IL-1, IL-2, TNF-), Granulocyte/Macrophage and Erythrocyte Coloniforming Units in vitro in this patients. Also he researching the interrelation's of the clinical findings with the immune status in liquidaters of Chernobyl accident, and probability of the development of cancer in this patients. He received Ph.D in 1996. From 1996 at present time he work at the ICI SB RAMS. Now he was researching the immune status in patients with gastric cancer and multiple sclerosis including the influence of NK blood cells at the hemopoiesis in vitro. He had mastered some methods of immunochemicals analysis, cultural and imminological methods. He had 30 publication (including abstracts and articles).

I am Dr.T.S.Hephzibah Rani, CSIR-Research Associate working in the dept.of genetics,Osmania University. I am working on the immunological aspects of T-cell fc gamma receptors in the insulin dependent diabetes mellitus
patients. These receptors are considered to be regulatory molecule in the process of immune response. Any derangement in the production of these receptors results in the continued production of antibodies beyond the required levels. Any qualitative and quantitative genetic abnormalities of this receptors may lead to predisposition to this disease.

My work deals with

  1. Culturing of T-lymphocytes
  2. Releasing the soluble form of T-cell Fc gamma receptors
  3. Purifying on affinity chromatography,
  4. Running the electrophoresis for any receptor variants,
  5. Raising antibodies for these receptors, and
  6. The hydridoma technology for specific antibodies.

I am very much interested in immunological aspects of autoimmune diseases and also cellular immunity.
I look forward for a suitable position in cellular immunology.

Thanking you
