This intensive course is designed for serious students of immunology. Leading experts will present recent research advances in understanding the biology of the immune system and its role in health and disease. The course is intended for advanced trainees and scientists who wish to expand or update their understanding of the field. This is not an introductory course; attendees will need to have a firm understanding of the principles of immunology.

Those seeking a basic course are referred to the AAI Introductory Course in Immunology, June 26 - July 1, 2010, at the University of Pennsylvania.

Financial support for underrepresented minority scientists was available through the FASEB MARC Program (deadline has passed).

The AAI Advanced Course in Immunology is sponsored by The American Association of Immunologists, the largest and most prestigious association in the world for professional scientists engaged in basic and clinical immunological research.
