INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Complete the registration and accomodations sections of the form linked below, which may be filled out on screen and printed.

2.  Mail completed form, along with personal check, corporate check, or money order (credit card payments are not accepted), to:

3.  Make checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank) or money orders payable to: The American Association of Immunologists, Inc. (Federal Tax ID #52-2317193)

4.  Forms and full payment must be received by Friday, June 2nd, 2006. Space is limited to the first 220 attendees

5.  For further information and/or assistance in registering, contact aaioffice@aai.org or 301-634-7922. Overseas applicants are advised to apply early for visas.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
For notification of cancellation received at the AAI office:

  • Prior to May 26, 50% refund
  • After May 26, no refund
